Media Files not Loading on 4.3

I am having two issues accessing media files:

1. When in a post edit page, I can upload a file, but not see any media I do have. I am able to upload a new file and insert it, but if I want to then establish a featured image or include it elsewhere in the post using the media tool or the featured tool, the media modal will open, but nothing will show up.

2. When I got to the main media page, the media page loads, but the images won’t show. I *CAN* go to list view and see the files, but not in thumbnail.

Things I have tried:
1. I do have debugging on, but not getting any errors
2. All inactive plug=ins deleted
3. I am running Genesis theme
4. I deactivated all plug-ins and that worked
5. I re-enabled all my plug-ins, and the issues came back.
6. I went to edit a post and clicked to remove a featured image and got this error: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6109445 bytes) in /home/movingwo/public_html/blog/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1094”

Any help on getting rid of a fatal error?
