After moving images into folders the images disappeared from the site.

I disabled the FileBird plugin but the images are still missing from the backend.

When using FTP I can see the original file structure and all the files are still there but I cant see them in the media manager and I cant access them from the frontent (via a direct url to the file: https://www.skovensrige.dk/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/IMG_6424.jpg )

    Hi Tommy

I made a roll-back and been trying to reconstruct how the error occurred.

I put several images into folders using the “select more”. After selecting and dragging the images into a folder, I selected several images and chose “delete”. After doing this, all images that I put into folders disappeared. Some of the folders indicate that there is still images in the folders even though there is nothing there. (The files are still accessible through FTP but not through HTTPS.

Now I doing yet another roll-back

    Hi @solomarketing,

Can you make a video record your issues?
And can you disable all plugins and change theme to WordPress default theme to test?

    Tommy
