You can deactivate the maxbuttons plugin or any other plugin simply by connecting to your site the via your control panel or by FTP and change the name of the plugin folder. Example, change ‘maxbuttons’ to ‘maxbuttonsX’.

Somewhere there is an error message explaining what is wrong. If you go to wp-config.php and change define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); to define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); But if you disable the proper plugin then your site will run. Always reset define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); once the problem is solved.

    Hi,

Did you manage to solve this problem somehow? I’ve been looking at it, but I can’t find any bugs that crash WordPress. Could you post, or sent us the information you get when you go to maxbuttons – support page regarding the plugins and theme you’ve loaded? There might be some conflict going on. Thanks!
