Try deactivating and reactivating MaxButtons, Emma. And let us know if this fixes it.
Best,
Bob
I see the En Savior Plus button fully. Was that the issue? Lovely site by the way.
I’ve tried to deactivate/reactivate the plugin: Nothing better.
The buttons I am talking about are on the first page (“Accueil”), in the layer slider.
Other buttons (Like En Savoir Plus) working good.
So, the first layer is a mountain picture, then text appears, then you go to the second slide, text is “Maitre-mots”, then “compétences, disponibilités,…” and bellow that should appear a button with text “Voir”, with a white border, but I only see the word “Voir”…
Thanx
I checked your page. The problem here is that the button usually loads CSS into the footer of WordPress. That doesn’t happen at this point.
Usually the checklist this is caused by caching plugins or plugins that load pages via Javascript. This doesn’t seem to be the case here.
So that’s a bit puzzling. Did you add the button via the shortcode to the slider? Do you get any errors in your WP installation?
In short the problem is the lack of the CSS code. This can be caused by the slider plugin or by the theme.
A simple way around it is if you can’t find any issues is to use ‘use external css’, and copy that code into your ‘custom css’ section of the theme.
( p.s. Also if you just want a different link or text on a button you usually don’t have to make a new version / copy the button, check the button examples in the editor to see how you can be more flexible here )
( p.s. 2 The front page is 13 MB which is quite big, this will hurt loading times and SEO ) .
