Max input time ?

On the Info page > server. It lists “Max input time”, I have tried to find what this actually refers to and how to change it.

I have changed all the other values like PHP time limit, PHP memory limit etc.

I have looked all over and cannot find what “Max input time” is and how you change it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
