Is there anything what i need to do to start working MAUTIC with HUSTLE?

There are no additional requirements for Mautic to work, after the API is enabled and you have entered correct details that should be it.
Can you try disabling your other plugins and switching to default WP theme so we can see if there’s some conflict on that end that’s preventing the segments from loading?

Hi Greg,
This is the best way to check if there are conflicts on your site that prevent Hustle from working properly.
You would need to go to your Plugins panel and disable all of the plugins in there except for Hustle of course.
Test the subscription after that again and if it works we’re dealing with a conflict.
Then start enabling the plugins back one by one until you see which one is causing the issue.
After that we can further debug it on our end and you can keep your plugins active until we find a solution.

Even though majority of WordPress community is willing to help there always someone that could take advantage of your login details and do not wery nice things to your site 🙁
Could you try using your Mautic domain without http:// part and see if that makes any difference for you?
@valentain have you enabled Mautic API as suggested above?
It’s most likely that these issues are not related as I can see this normally on my installation so please start new thread and we’ll check this out further for you separately.

Hello, finly I found that domain input field is very sensityve.
Worked form me then I tryed do play with domain with http:// and without.

Thanks for confirming, I had a similar behaviour on one of my installations but I was unable to replicate it afterwards so wanted to double check if that was indeed the issue, I will forward this to our devs to check out 🙂

We did had some improvements within Mautic integration in the latest version we released earlier today (5.1.4) so could you update the plugin and see if you connect after that?
