Manually update feeds

    Hi,
    I try to update feeds manually but no luck it stucks on %0 then says ready but after i control feed there is no change. Also my website get down for minute after i click manually refresh

    I also checked Wp crontrol i see two event about your plugin

    Hi shopzal,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. My apologies for our late reply, we somehow accidentally missed out on your topic.

    The issue you are experiencing sounds like a caching issue. Are you running a caching plugin? If so, could you disable it to test if manual refreshes of your feed are visible after you disabled caching?

    When you do not have a caching plugin enabled it could also be the browser that is caching your old product feed. Please try to open your feed URL in incognito mode of your browser.

    Let me know if any of the above suggestions worked out.

    There is no caching plugin and i also tried on incognito window no luck

    It was working good on auto-update mode but there were 21 products on that feed after few days it turned again 7 products. Why is that?

    Hi shopzal,

    The plugin executes the exact same code if it has been refreshing manually or automatic so are you sure you didn’t make a change to the product feed configuration?

    The original topic however was that you felt the feed did not update at all on manual refreshes, is that no longer the case?

    Manual refresh not working i still see products less than i expected.
    Sure i didnt make change on feed data.

    I try to manually refresh from minutes it says processing. When i create new feed there is no problem i see all products.
