Manually or automatic reviews? How does this plugin work?

Thank you so much for your time. I simply wanted to ask if you can tell me if this plugin pulls reviews from Google or if I manually have to enter them?

So basically if someone leaves me a review on Google, I need to create the review on my site using your plugin manually as it does not pull them in?
