    Hey guys,

    We recently migrated to a new host and we did not pause all transactions on the old host. Apparently there were signups on the new and old host and we had to manually add the old hosts orders and users to the new host’s files.

    The questions is, If anyone of the manually added users is to cancel their subscription. Will it automatically sync with Stripe(our mode of payment) and cancel their card?

    We had to manually add them since the import from csv add-on wasn’t working.

    Yes, as long as the subscription_transaction_id is set in the order.

    If you changed the domain as well when switching hosts, you may need to update your webhooks or redirect IPN notifications from the old domain to the new one.

    Some of our advice around having dev/staging copies of a site is applicable here as well If anyone of the manually added users is to cancel their subscription. Will it automatically sync with Stripe(our mode of payment) and cancel their card?
