    Hey there,

    That depends – are these going to be recurring subscription members or do they just need the membership level?

    If you just need to add the users and assign them membership levels, you can still do it with the PMPro Import From CSV plugin, regardless whether or not there was a membership site before. Just set up your levels the way you want, and make sure the membership_id column is added to your CSV. The complete instructions are here.

    If you want to create recurring subscriptions as well, the easiest thing to do would be to just check out as those members individually.
