    Hi,

    I have set up a subdomain for my website subdomain. domain. co. uk

    this subdomain contains a complete installation including the app B2BKing which I need for my wholesale customers.

    Since upgrading all files on that particular installation, I have a red warning for “With a high degree of probability, your site has been infected.” on my MAIN domain, as the security by CleanTalk is installed there.

    Looking at the apparent suspicious code I am getting things like

    <?php

    /**

    * LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization Summary

    or

    <?php

    /**

    * Admin Dashboard

    I cannot for the life of me understand, why this is a malicious code? Especially not for plugins, which are not flagged on the wordpress installation on main domain

    How can I resolve this?

    Hi @kingsizefairy,

    We recently had an issue that caused some false positive detections, but it has already been fixed.

    Could you please try clicking “Synchronize with Cloud”, wait about 15 minutes, and then run a new malware scan?

    Let us know whether the warning is still present after that.

    Thank you.

    I did what you suggested.

    No changes though

    @kingsizefairy Thank you for checking!
    Since the issue persists, we may need some additional information to investigate it further.
    Could you please open a support ticket here: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open
    Thanks.
