Make sure you are logged out when testing

A comment/question I am getting a lot is “the plugin isn’t working”

If Construction Mode is set to ON, then it is definitely on.

The plugin is programmed in a way that lets the admin/editor of the site to continue seeing the site normally, however anyone who is logged out will see the Under Construction mode as intended.

I built this plugin originally for myself, because I was developing many sites for clients on the live server and I didn’t want google finding the site or anyone seeing it either until it was done, while I continued building the website. And figured there are many others who do the same that could use this plugin.

I have noticed a few negative (1 star) reviews resulting from this. Users are expecting to see the Construction Mode right away ( while logged in ). I regularly get this question too.

When testing, you can either click on Preview or open the site incognito, or log out then visit the site!
