• There seems to be major problems this morning with my Sydney site.

First the preloading bouncing balls obscured the site. I disabled them and the content can now be seen but the layout/menu looks awful. I have tried disabling various plugins but nothing seems to work.

There’s a message at the bottom saying, “There has been a critical error on this website.”

I have Sydney on other sites but they are okay.

Seems to have a problem with a combination of
    Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    Photo Gallery
    Smush

Have disabled those for now, although makes for terrible viewing.

    Hi,

First of all, sorry for the late response. I really appreciate your patience.

If you have plugins conflict, to find out the root of the problem, firstly, check whether you’re running the latest versions or not.

Then ensure your server invironment meets the minimum requirements as mentioned on this page.

If still, the problem remains, you’ll need to contact the plugins authors directly to request them help checking their plugins directly.

Adding, you may also need to ensure whether you’re running the latest versions of WordPress and Sydney theme.

    I hope this reply helps.

    Regards,
    Kharis
