I deactivated the zoo shortcodes plugin and the easy fancy was displaying and looking great! Unfortunately the rest of the site broke though…
2 questions:
1. I didn’t see the js error that you mentioned (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘h264’ of undefined) in the firebug console. How did you see this?
2. What do you recommend as next steps to get this plugin working?

As I remember I saw that error reported by the Opera browser developer tools (Dragonfly) which I can recommend to any developer. But revisiting your site with that tool set, I don’t see that error again.
Nor can I tell you how to fix this. Somehow, the FancyBox script does not get around to ajusting the lightbox frame size to the image and viewport size. The frame remains at 0x0 …
I noticed that the zoo shortcodes has this lightbox integrated http://dimsemenov.com/plugins/magnific-popup/ hidden in http://www.davidgoodyoga.rakkatak.com/wp-content/plugins/zoo-shortcodes/js/zoo-shortcodes-plugins.js so you might want to figure out how to use that one instead of FancyBox. Maybe ask the theme devs?

I did contact the devs and they said they have to fix something and in the mean time recommend using another plugin 🙁
