Mail get send, but doesn’t receive

First I want to say sorry if I didn’t start my own topic but told that I have the same issue on another topic. This is the first time I am using this.

Alright! I have trouble with receiving emails if I want to use google, outlook or something else. If I click on send (so the contact form will be sent) then that works fine and it will be green and it says “message sent” but when I go to the email that I added to the contact form, I don’t receive anything.. I am really confused.

The weird thing is that sending to the domain email works, but I can’t use that email because my client want to use her own email.

Can someone help me?
