- Can you tell me which web hosting you are using for your website? Is it banahosting for example?
- I’m not sure about the problem but if you could download and send me the logs, I think it might help me.
- Can you also list your website plugins, and if it’s possible your settings? Settings [Images] and Settings [Source] would be great.

On the other hand, I have +30 plugins, it is not possible to list them and also write the settings.

Banahosting is a very special hosting. It is the only one (that I know) who blocks requests to Google (and Google Image of course).
So, unfortunately, the plugin can not work with this library on Banahosting. I don’t think there is a way to avoid this problem.
So you have two choices :
- Either you use your pro version on another hosting
- Either you ask for a refund. I’ll proceed it since you didn’t know about banahosting. If you want a refund, please send me an email with the mail account which is associated with your buy.

Yeah, I don’t know why but I know this has been the case for years since I saw this problem years ago.
I’m not personally using this hosting, But I should subscribe for 1 month just to investigate if this problem touch only te plugin or not, but I don’t think so. Maybe it’s just a prohibition with functions like file_get_contents and curl, just a guess.
