Lost product pages

I’m new here and to WordPress as well. I have a developer creating my site but thought I’d play around with it a little..oh oh. But before playing around with it, I did a full site backup from the root directory in my cpanel.

I upgraded the plugin to 1.7.4 and my product pages stopped working they way they had been. I thought the best way to fix it was to do a full site restore.

I restored both the home directory and database thinking it would revert back to 1.7.3 and everything would be back to normal, but it wasn’t. 1.7.4 was still installed and the site was still not working properly.

I then deleted 1.7.4 and it’s associated files. I checked the file list to ensure I had each file in my backup and I did.

I then re-installed 1.7.3 within WordPress and restored the home directory and database from my backup file. I expected all the files for the products would be there, but they are not. When I’m in my dashboard and looking at the plugin, none of my previously produced products are there.

I hope this makes sense…and there’s a way to get them back.
