To better understand the issue at hand, could you please send me some additional details:
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
- A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page with the issue (the one with the PMS Login form). Please make sure the shortcode is clearly visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

I was unable to reproduce this issue on a local instance. Could you please update your plugin to the latest version (Paid Member Subscriptions 3.0.4) and check to see if the issue persists?
Hello, tnaks for your message ; the update to Version 3.0.4 has be done ; same issue
I found why : settings LearnPress bypass the settings PMS ; so it was redirect on the logout page defined for LearnPress ….
