1. If you didn’t receive an email for password reset, then there is no account associated with the email address you entered. The website will not say that an account does not exist to prevent people from guessing who has an account.
Please try to create a new account and let me know if you experience any problems.
2. The notifications email is specified on “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings (“Email for Notifications” field).

2. Notifications: Yes, I checked this field on “Review Reminder” tab in the plugin’s settings “Email for Notifications”, but it is empty.
Yet still, I receive all reviews in 2 email boxes. So I assume the are linked to my accounts on cusrev.com.
Therefor:
1. I tried to fill in both e-mail addresses at the “password forgotten/password reset page, but on both email addresses I received nothing.

Was the field “Email for Notifications” always empty of you had something there in the past?
Please double check if you receive emails from our plugin or standard notifications about new comments from WordPress?

Yes in the past I had an email address there, but it has been empty for at least a week or two, and still I am receiving emails of new reviews everyday. Today for example more than 10.
Do you think something remains activated, despite emptying this email field?
