    An issue I have noticed on multiple sites where I use this plugin is that when I try to access a page that requires login, and the user logs in, the page continues to ask the person to login even though they have logged. Doing a force refresh from the server fixes the issue so it seems caching related. However, I have disabled WP_Cache and there are no caching plugins on my websites.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    This kind of issue typically points to caching still being the cause – if you’ve disabled the caching on your side, there’s a chance that your host is still caching something on the server/database somewhere.

    I would recommend reaching out to your host to see if there’s anything they can pick up on their end that can be disabled or excluded.

    I have confirmed that all caching by my host is disabled and cloudflare is also disabled. The issue persists, however.. There is nothing in Paid memberships pro that could be causing some sort of caching?

    We don’t cache content on our side. Default code checks if the current user holds the required membership level, then we show the content right away.

    Perhaps check if there’s any of the same plugins that you use across multiple sites and deactivate those to narrow down the possibility of a conflict causing this.

    Please try the same with the theme and switch to a default WP theme – some themes have been known to cache content too.
