I am trying to add a Login page to a new website. (I have Profile Builder on another site and it works. Created 4 years ago). I am using Astra and Elementor.

When I add the Login widget to the page, it offers me a place to put a redirect after Login. However, it does not work; it just reloads the same page again.

I have the Logout redirect set to my Home page and that seems to work.

I have the latest versions of everything: PB 4.02, WP 7.1, Astra Pro – latest version, Elementor, latest version.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Please clear your site/browser cache and make sure the redirect URL is absolute (with https), then temporarily disable any caching/security plugin and test again — Elementor/Astra cache often causes this reload loop.

I am in the process of rebuilding this website and I did not have any caching set up yet. (Previously, this page did not include Profile Builder) I did delete my Browser’s cache. I also uninstalled and then re-installed Profile Builder. When it was re-installed, it did not include any of the forms, yet the Setup would not let me choose to set them up. I am really getting frustrated as this worked flawlessly for me on another site that had been set up years ago.

OMG! I found it. Really Simple Security Plugin. I never noticed that it now affects Logins.

Because I uninstalled/re-installed several times, I no longer have the basic forms for Edit or Forgotten Password. (I’m not allowing Users to register so that is not needed) . How do I get them back?

    Hello @linco,

To better understand the issue at hand, could you please send me some additional details?

    1. A screenshot of the page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins. Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are clearly visible.
    2. A screenshot of the page at Profile Builder -> Forms -> Edit Profile Forms.

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
