Logging in with Security Plugins

Note: I have this issue with more than one security plugin that hides admin (WP Security and Ithemes Security plugins)

Most recently on WP Security, I have even “whitelisted” clients IP address and still he can’t access the site. I don’t want to disable plugins, but I can’t figure out how to get them access.

Any thoughts would be really appreciated!
