logging in just hangs on loading screen

Hi:

I’m assuming you’re running a version of WordPress that’s in the 4.x line and that your php version is 5.6 or later?

If so, then the next thing to check is to see if any errors are being thrown in the wordpress debug.log file. You should turn on the WP debug flags and then try to log in again.

Alternatively you can try to see if there is a theme or plugin conflict – just temporarily switch your theme to a basic WP 2015/16/17 theme and deactivate other plugins.

Another idea is to see if your WP host has any kind of caching that could be getting in the way – the login page and the submit ticket page is the same page and sometimes caching sees the same url and refuses to serve and updated page with the ticket form.
