    Hi there,

    Looks like you are using pro version from your path!
    Please go to Support Plus -> Settings -> Role Management and Set Front End Restriction to All.
    Now test it again, if still not work, please create new ticket on plugin site giving your admin login details to check the issue.

    Also, please ask pro version questions on plugin site only from now as supporting pro version is not allowed here!
