Hello Kyle ,
actually it works just fine for us.
Do you use some kind of plugin to change the login url ?
Sharing the login url would be also great to test ( you can do it by sending it to our support[at]teslathemes.com email for privacy reasons).

I am, we are using ithemes security to change the login url to /login
The login page (with that custom url) works however.
Hello again Kyle ,
I tested with itheme security and their custom login url and all works fine : ?loggedout=true page renders well.
It may be from specific settings or plugins … I can not replicate it . Please send your wp login url and wp credentials to the email mentioned above if you want us to investigate further.
Kind Regards.

Thanks for the response, but it looks like its a conflict with another plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/jonradio-private-site/ so it looks like your plugin works as intended.
Do you happen to know of any plugins that provide the private site functionality that is compatible?
Hi,
actually we tested with this plugin and found out how to bypass the incompatibility. We will issue an update that will work with this plugin and other ones asap.
Cheers.
Hi, I confirm the incompatibility with Jonradio. When I click on the site menubar on a page that is private (for example Groups, Members etc) Jonradio redirects to login page and then Tesla customizer doesn’t work.
Waiting for the fix…
Hi @georgio,
We actually fixed a issue with Jonradio plugin and now there seems to be an another one.
We will not bother our users with an another update. It is time to take this to the plugin author.
The wp_login_url() function returns an invalid url when that plugin is active :
http://localhost/WP/tesla_test/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%2FWP%2Ftesla_test%2Fwp-login.php%3Fredirect_to%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Flocalhost%252FWP%252Ftesla_test%252F
For a quick fix go to Tesla Login Customizer -> General -> Custom Login Url and insert your login url in there without any parameters. If you did not change it then wp-login.php is default E.g. http://example.com/wp-login.php
Well, I have installed my WordPress in a directory and Tesla couldn’t find the login url but now it works. Thank you.
You are welcome , glad it worked out for you well.
