    Hello,

    One day for no apparent reason our chat icon will not load on our home page. Didn’t change anything and no one seems to know at our hosting company or 3CX live chat. Any ideas?

    Hi @louisis1 ,
    please ensure that you are using our latest version 9.3.1 and the following settings are properly configured.

    1. General Settings > Chat enabled > Yes
    2. General Settings > Exclude chat from ‘Home’ page > Unchecked
    3. Chat Box > Chat box for logged in users only > Unchecked
    4. Offline messages > Disable offline messages > Unchecked ( if you have checked that option and no agent is available then chat will not be loaded )

    If all settings are configured as you need to be , then try to clear your website’s cache. There is a known conflict with caching and some of our settings like “operation hours” which causes this type of issues. A fix will be part of our upcoming release.
