Live Chat Messenger Stuck on Loading

    Since the new update my agents and I are not able to access our main menu chat screen in order to chat with clients.

    My other developer also said he added in wp-rocket. Could the conflict be between wp-rocket or by the new update?

    Chat is integral into our business and since this change we havent been able to access our main menu chat.

    Help please!

    Hello, thanks for your feedback.
    Can you check if you see errors in browser javascript console or in your PHP log? Please add to this thread if any.
    There’s a chance wp-rocket could interfere with plugin. Disable it temporarly and try again.
