Links do not open in new window

    Hi, Leanne!

    A few things you can try:

    – Double-check that “Open links in new window?” is still active for that widget.

    – Be sure you’ve cleared any caching plugins and services after making the change to your widget settings.

    – Try disabling other plugins temporarily. It’s the WordPress equivalent of, “have you tried turning it off and on again?” but sometimes it’s worth a shot, just in case there’s a plugin conflict.

    Thank you for your response, Nick. I have tried and checked everything you have mentioned. Still, the social media links do not open in a new window. I use this plugin on a few other sites as well and noticed that the same thing is happening on those sites too.

    FYI — I figured out what was causing the problem. The WP Accessibility plugin. I went through deactivating all the plugins again and refreshed and found this to be the culprit.
