Link to open chat window

    I’m trying to get my tidio chat window to open when a user clicks a button. I have seen a similar thread where they suggest using a href with onclick but everytime i try that and save, WordPress removes the onclick function. Am I the only one with this issue? Is there another way to open the tidio chat window?

    Thank you for asking.
    I’ve done some research and apparently in some cases WordPress removes different options for running a function onclick.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a universal way of doing it, so if the template our developers prepared (https://codepen.io/TidioSupport/pen/WNePeao) does not work, we can’t advise anything else.
