Seems that the Etsyshop plugin is not enabled, go to your plugin page and enable the plugin!
Hi, I did ‘activate’ the plug-in on the plug-in page on my dashboard. Is there another step that I missed?
Hi,
Can you give me an admin access to see what’s happening, in private email.
It really seems that there is a problem with the activation on the plugin.
Can’t see more without access.
What is your email? Can you walk me through what I need to do to give you access?
You will see my email in the header of that file:
Also, just create a new admin account, you will be able to remove it after.
Can you direct me to where your email is located – I installed the plug-in through WordPress directly, so didn’t actually download any file per se.
Nevermind, I found it. OK, here goes.
Hi again,
This is clear now, it was a redirection problem.
The WordPress URL was not correct, instead of http://lexireidstudio.com, it was http://lexireidstudio.com/wordpress/.
Causing problem with all WordPress update system.
When I corrected it, WordPress automatically desactivate problematic plugins.
I have installed again the plugin, that it!
This was difficult to found,
Have a nice day!
Fantastic! Thanks for taking the time to investigate the issue – I really appreciate it! Can’t wait to get my Etsy Shop all linked up nicely to my blog.
Could you please explain how you correct this issue? I think I am having the same problem.
Let me see first your page, what is the URL?
You need to verify/correct the WordPress URL in the general settings in WordPress admin page.
