Lightbox Styles are broken

I have a paid version of the plug in and am using the Lightbox.. All of the lightbox styles are not appearing properly, 2, 3 and 4 have a vertical black line running down the left side, 1 has a large gap in the border on the bottom and 5 has the controls cut off on the top and bottom.
