it looks like it’s missing some code somewhere.
I have tried many light boxes with my site and never had this problem:
my menu is staying on top of the lightbox.
So the order is: my menu (header) / lightbox with grey background / my website
when it should be: lightbox with grey background / my website

Is there something in the code that could be changed on my side?

Hi, you should put the z-index of your top menu less then 200 now it is 1000.

Is it possible to center the plugin or is it always park on the left?

Now plugin parked on left but maybe in future we add such option to position it.
