Light box stopped working after nextgen update

Hello,
I just did an update to Nextgen from v2.0.57 → 2.0.66. When I did the lightbox stopped working. At first I thought it was a nextgen issue, but if I go to “other options > lightbox effects” and change the setting from “no lightbox” to “lightbox” the lightbox shows up. I don’t exactly remember the settings, but I am pretty sure that it was set to No Lightbox before. If I change to Lightbox, there is no Pinterest button.

Please help.
