Latest Jetpack Update ISSUE

Hello. I received several emails from readers saying they couldn’t comment on my site. I checked it out, and I can’t even reply to comments. This is the error message that shows up when anyone tries to leave a comment, or I try to reply to a comment:

You don’t have permission to access /wp-comments-post.php on this server.

So I contacted my managed WordPress hosting provider and WP developer, and after several tests, they determined it to be the fault of Jetpack, and I was told to contact you about it. The error message disappears and the comments work again once Jetpack is deactivated, but I don’t want to keep it deactivated. I’m assuming this began with the last update. Can you help me fix this?

By the way, I don’t feel comfortable posting my website here, so can I email it to you if you need it?
