    Hello,

    Do you have demo/sample of that the knowledgeable and faq add-ons look like for customers? And I would like to know how much I can customize them. How many levels of categories can I do in the knowledge… things like that.

    I’m not sure if what is on your site is a demo of the add ons or just part of your site.

    Hello:

    The FAQ add-on is a simple single level accordion – you can see it in action on our site (choose FAQ from the top menu) and on our demo site here: https://asdemo.flywheelsites.com/faq/

    For something more sophisticated and customizable you might want to consider the DOCUMENTATION add-on – you can see that in action by going to the documentation area on our site: https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/installation/

    With documentation you get a split-screen view and additional control over the colors, fonts and other UI elements and you have multiple levels – the top level is your “PRODUCT” (some users use it for categories when using it as an FAQ module). Beneath that are “CHAPTERS” and within each CHAPTER are “sections” that allow you group related items together across chapters and products.
