    I have taken over a Membership Pro database and notice that I have a number of members who are listed with a Joined Date in the future. I am not sure how that happened, I would like to amend the record so they have the correct joined date, or at least one in the past.

    However, I can’t see a way of changing the date. If I edit the user record there isn’t a corresponding field I could update.

    Does anybody know how I can change this date ? Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    Were these user’s imported? I think the best way to edit these user’s would be to use the Import User’s From CSV Add On and adjust the user’s joindate (as this is usually automatically generated).

    The only way I can think these are in the future is if the user’s were initially imported.

    I believe they may have been. After I took over, I used a plug in called “Paid Memberships Pro – Import Members from CSV” by Thomas Sjolshagen and this seems to have imported them without an issue with the date.

    I do also have “Import Users from CSV Add On” by Stranger Studios Active (is that the one you mean ?) however, it doesn’t show up on my users menu to be able to use it. I will try logging a post on that thread.

    On the Import Members CSV I did try changing the date by putting in a value for Membership Start Date but that made no difference to the Joined Date. I assume that is the same date ?

    Thanks for the feedback, if you are using The Import Members From CSV by Thomas that can work just fine. You won’t need to use the Import Users From CSV Add On as well.

    I would recommend in reaching out to Thomas on his plugin’s support page to get help in changing the user’s joindate. He may have a guide for you for his plugin to do this 🙂
