Could you let me know where you see that error? Do you experience the issue when trying to access Jetpack > Site Stats in your dashboard?
What happens when you access your stats on WordPress.com directly?
https://wordpress.com/stats
Could you also post your site URL here, so I can have a look?
Site Stats aren’t working for me either. I have 4 different wordpress sites with Jetpack, and as of about 2 days ago, the the Sitestats block on the Dashboard shows:
We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again. If this error persists, please contact support. In your report please include the information below.

… after about 30 seconds. If I click the “View All” button, the following info shows up after about 30 seconds:

This exact same thing has occurred for the past day and a half on all sites I use Jetpack on. There were no plug in installs, no updates, no changes to the sites at all, really (except I posted one one of the sites). Each site uses a different WordPress.com account.
** I AM ABLE to access site states by going to wordpress.com and logging in.
My site url’s are:
http://www.hopebham.org
http://www.stpaullutheranbham.org
http://www.thewordwise.org
http://www.church200.com (but don’t bother with this one; just took it down so I can rework it)
Same problem here. The stats were working fine until Tuesday the 14th and haven’t worked since.

Mine have stopped working too, I have both jetpack and google analytics and the numbers are completely off. Jetpack is no longer really registering views at all.
