Hi @slabfudge –
I have made an adjustment on our end. Could you kindly try uninstalling and reinstalling Jetpack?
If you are still having issues, please try temporarily pausing Cloudflare and trying again in case that is interfering. By default Jetpack should work with Cloudflare, but if you have adjusted settings on Cloudflare it may be causing issues:

Hi Bob,
Thanks for your help in trying to resolve this issue, it’s driving me mad!
Unfortunately I’ve just tried both of those possible solutions but I’m afraid to report it’s to no avail – still getting that same dreaded error message.
I’ve got another WordPress.com account from another site, could it be anything to do with having multiple accounts?
Cheers
Steve
Hi @blissicecreamparlour
It is not related to the multiple users you have, since Jetpack is showing as connected with one account.
I debug your domain at Jetpack systems and I recommend you contact your hosting support. You have a WordPress Managed hosting, and maybe they activated a module that is blocking Jetpack to connect fully.
In case your hosting needs more information from our side, could you contact us via this contact form, please?
Please include a link to this thread in your message.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C.
