Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about the 2 sites that can’t be connected?
1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address. You can add more details about the errors you receive there, as it could help us understand what’s wrong.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button to send us the debug results privately. It’s best not to post this information on public forums, as it contains private details about your site.
Thanks!

This is the error message I get
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. Please check to make sure http://www.digitalbloodpressuremonitorguide.com/xmlrpc.php is working properly. It should show ‘XML‑RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ on a line by itself when viewed in a browser and should not have any blank links or extra output anywhere.

It looks like your site can not communicate properly with Jetpack.
Others have this problem but I see no resolutions.I am doing the exact same procedures on three other sites and it works but not here.

I can’t find the Contact Support button on the Jetpack Debugging Center page. I see a Submit button.
I can’t find the button to send
debug results privately.
I can’t find the Contact Support button on the Jetpack Debugging Center page.
That’s most likely because your server doesn’t support sending out emails. Could you click on the “Advanced Debug Results” link at the bottom of the Debug page, copy the results, and paste them in this contact form?
