Jetpack’s testimonials feature simply provides the framework for classifying a Testimonials custom post type. To show testimonials in a slider, you would need to be using either a theme that includes a slider, or a slider plugin, that has support for showing custom post types (CPTs) like Testimonials in the slider. It’s up to the theme on how to display them. Some themes do display them in a slider; some don’t.
Building a slider for your site is beyond the scope of support that we offer here. If you’d like to do that, we recommend contacting support for your theme. If they cannot help either, we recommend hiring someone for the job from here: https://jetpack.pro or Upwork.

The theme, Aquentro Single Property WordPress Theme, that I bought from moto press has the slider version built-in, so this is why I’m asking.

It seems that your theme does include a slider; however, as my colleague had mentioned, it’s up to the theme and if it has implemented a feature to show custom post types in the slider.
At this point, it’s worth asking the theme developers and if this is possible to implement with the custom post types, which is what Testimonials are.
