Jetpack Subscriptions not sending emails

My blog subscribers stopped receiving notifications of new posts and new subscribers DO receive message that an email has been sent to confirm their subscription when entering their email, but NO NOT receive email. Previously working, uncertain if it has been broken since the last update.
