No need to apologize!
I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
To do so, you can follow these steps:
1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
4) Confirm the disconnection.
5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.
That should help!
Thank you so much for your prompt reply and help with this. Much appreciated Jeremy.
I have a similar issue. Jetpack stopped showing stats. Reconnected – disconnected – reconnected again. Still only the last 48 hours, not the last 3 1/2 years.
Domain is influxmagazine.com
Ideas?
Thank you,
Brian
@socalemc I have fixed the issue for you too. Could you follow the steps I posted above to disconnect and reconnect your site to WordPress.com to complete the process to get your stats and subscribers back?
Thanks!
