When viewing your site, one thing I noticed is there is a lot of “chatter” in the error console. (You can see this via your browser’s console too https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/#javascript-errors )
It is possible that some of the ads are throwing Javascript errors that is killing some of the stats from being recorded and sent to us for processing.
We haven’t made any changes to the stats code in this timeframe and if Google hasn’t shown a similar drop, it’s possible that there may be an ad that is being served on rotation that is throwing the error.
Were there any changes on your site that matches the timing?

I did change my theme around that time.
Would you recommend that I remove all the ads and then put them back in after checking the links?

I think the ads are a good place to start. Remove the ads, then check the console for any errors—if they are still present, may be an issue with the theme, then place them back.
