    Hello,

I am not sure why the Site Accelerator’s image cdn is not working.

For your information, I am using Oxygen Builder and I only face this problem with this builder.

My other sites which are on Divi and Elementor is working fine.

May I know is there way to check why it is not working?

    Thank you

    Hi @ken117

I can see that Site Accelerator isn’t working on your images.

Can you temporarily switch away from Oxygen Builder to a default theme (such as Twenty Twenty One) to see if Site Accelerator works for your images in that scenario?

Before doing that, please make a backup of your site in case there are issues with the deactivation and reactivation of Oxygen Builder.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the reply.

For your information, Oxygen Builder does not use Theme. Deactivating Oxygen builder will revert my website to the theme’s default page.

I also noticed that I only have problem with Jetpack’s CDN for now.

Other CDNs such as Optimole and Bunny CDN works fine.

    Thank you

Yes, I understand that Oxygen Builder doesn’t use a theme. I was hoping that you could test without Oxygen Builder so that we can figure out if it is an issue with Oxygen Builder or your web server.

In order to continue troubleshooting, we’ll need to do this. You might consider creating a staging site and testing on that.

    Hello,

I have tried disabling Oxygen Builder and added an image and it is served via Jetpack’s CDN.

Besides that, I also tried manually adding “i0.wp.com” to the url of my image that failed to serve via CDN. After manually adding “i0.wp.com” it managed to serve via CDN.

May I know is there a way to force images to load with the “i0.wp.com”?

    Thank you

    Hi @ken117

When Site Accelerator for images is turned on in a traditional WordPress setup, the links to your images will be automatically transformed to load from the CDN (the i0.wp.com address).

I would recommend that you raise the issue with Oxygen, as it may be something with their implementation that could be fixed.
