    Hi there, @chroniclesllc,

Can you tell me if the site you connected to on a different server returned the same error as your initial server and site with the failed connection?

I checked the connection for the site you linked, and I see some blocks happening, possibly on the server’s end. I trust you checked the xmlrpc.php file, although right now, it looks like something is blocking that file, causing Jetpack to disconnect.

I’d suggest checking if you have any security plugins activated that might be blocking our requests. If not, try contacting your hosting provider and asking them to check their security logs to see if they are blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections over XML-RPC.

Your host can help you with that. Please also ask them to allowlist the IP addresses listed here.

Let us know how that goes, and we’ll take it from there if needed.

    Hi there, @chroniclesllc,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
