Jetpack Security Ownership conflict

    Today I purchased a 2-year Jetpack Security plan. When trying to update Jetpack on my wordpress I was notified that there is an ownership conflict. I am unable to see the plan purchaser section in the transfer interface

    Since this is specific to an account, please reach out to us through this contact form for security reasons. This will allow us to check your account details and share details with you via email.

    To help us assist you better, include screenshots of the notification and transfer page. Also, on the form, could you share more about what you wanted to achieve? We’d like to understand how the notification was triggered. For example, were you trying to transfer the plan somewhere else?
