Jetpack Search not fully syncing | WordPress.org

I’ve setup the Jetpack search but now I get an error saying that “Jetpack has detected a problem with the communication between your site and WordPress.com”. The full product catalogue is not being indexed (843/1678) and I can’t see to find a way to manually force the sync.

After some toying around it finally started updating
