I am having the same issue. I tried using debug like I see in Jetpack help but I don’t understand the debug results.

@jaygoodrich: Thanks for the report! Could you please provide me with a link to your site, so I can take a look?
@tagdesigner: Hi there! Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?

Thank you both!
Hi Ryan,
I am using Publicize on two of my sites: https://jaygoodrich.com/ and https://jaygoodrich.com/photographystore/
I don’t seem to be getting the message anymore though??? Wondering if an update to Jetpack happened.
Let me know what you think?
Cheers,
Jay G.

Thanks for the links, Jay! I had a look at both sites, and Jetpack appears to be properly connected on both at the moment. Have you noticed any recent issues with Publicize? Or does the issue seem to be resolved? Please let me know!
Hey Ryan,
So I just had a post go live. All of my social media accounts were connected and seemed to be working, but Publicize don’t send the post to any of the accounts…
@jaygoodrich Could you try using our beta plugin? You can find a download link and instructions here:
http://jetpack.com/beta
The beta plugin includes some fixes our developers have been working on for these kind of reported issues. As a result, using it should likely cause these problems to be resolved.
Once you install and activate the beta plugin, go to Jetpack -> Jetpack Beta and choose “Tagged Beta Releases” and make sure the “Auto-Update Jetpack when new betas are available” is checked and click the “Save my choice” button.
After you’ve installed it, and if the problem remains, could you let me know your site URL so I can take a closer look at your Jetpack settings, and check if I can help you from my end?
Thanks!
Hi Jeremy,
Installed the Beta…didn’t work. I sent a post out a few minutes ago and nothing went to my social accounts.
The site is: https://jaygoodrich.com/ It is a multisite install.
Cheers,
Jay G.
Your site appear to be synchronized with WordPress.com, I see no issues there. Something else must be getting in the way of Publicize.
Could you walk me through the steps you usually follow to publish a new post?
Thanks!
Absolutely…
I go to the posts section…
Add New
Then, add my content. My current theme is using a Site Origin Page Builder so I will use a template that I built in there. Cut and paste my text content. Add any photos. Then save it as a draft. I am also using Yoast SEO so I will tweak the SEO keywording for the post. Then tweak what I want Publicize to say. Verify that all my social media accounts are checked and either set a time for the post to go live or press publish myself. Everything was working perfectly until the most recent public update. That is when I had trouble connecting Facebook. Which just started working one day automatically.
Let me know if you need more in than this…
Cheers,
Jay
Thanks for the extra details!
What happens when you publish a post without using the Page Builder?
Unfortunately same thing. Although I haven’t posted since the Beta install without using the page builder…I am planning a new post early next week, I will try it without Pagebuilder.
