Jetpack publicize not working with Custom Type Posts

    Hi,

    How do I add the publicize option to custom type posts? Most of my posts (recipes) fall under custom type so I really need the varied jetpack options (email notification, publicize, comment form) to be applied to custom type posts in addition to general posts. Also, how do I excluse home page under my popular pages widget? It totally breaks up the look when you have a few popular recipes and an about page/ home page included in the popular posts.

    How do I add the publicize option to custom type posts?

    That’s not possible yet. We’re working on adding Custom Post Type support to Publicize, but I don’t have an ETA for that feature yet.

    You can, however, use Jetpack Comments on a Custom Post Type Page. You’ll only need to make sure that your Custom Post Type template uses the comment_form() function to display comment forms:

    how do I excluse home page under my popular pages widget?

    That’s not possible at the moment, but you can use this Jetpack add-on to use an improved Top Posts and Pages widget:
