    the site url is http://www.forbesindustries.net

however, the problem won’t be apparent right now because i have disabled photon. do you need me to turn it back on so that you can see the issue?

Thanks for the additional information! Do you have a staging site that you could use to troubleshoot this issue? That way we can avoid breaking your live site.

If not, could you let me know if the Revolution Slider is added by your theme or a plugin?

Let me know about the above, and we can go from there!

ok, i’ve turned photon back on so that you can see the effect.

i do not have a staging site and the site is only semi-live so there’s no problem. i believe that the revolution slider on the home page is part of my theme, which is called woopress by 8theme.

I believe the problem is caused by Revolution Slider’s Lazy Load feature. Does your theme offer an option to turn this off? If you don’t see such an option, could you try to toggle the other options of the slider, one at a time, and let us know if you find the source of the conflict?

    Thanks!

i have tried turning off lazy loading on the slider and it does not fix the problem. i have also tried toggling all of the settings under both “performance and SEO optimization” and “problem handling”, but nothing seems to be working. the only thing that fixes the issue is when i turn photon off.

Thanks for giving that a shot! The next thing to check is whether any other plugins on your site may have a conflict. Please check our Known Issues list here:
    http://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/troubleshooting-tips/

You can also try to deactivate all plugins aside from Jetpack on your site, and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then activate them one at a time to determine which is causing the conflict.

Please let us know how that goes!

    Hey!

    Have you solved this problem?

    I’m with the same …

@ofmarconi Could you please start your own thread, as per the Forum Welcome?
    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#new-post

It would also be useful if you could let us know your site URL there, and let us know what you found when following Ryan’s instructions above.

    Thank you!
